ResizeApplet in an Java applet to resize images on client side before sending them to server.
A library which is used to resize images (JIU) is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2. However it is easy to replace it with any other library (just one method). My code is "public domain" - you are allowed to use it in any way.

The library is provided AS IS without any warranty. I do not promise anything about it.
